Shipping

Shipping is provided by UPS.  Shipping rates are available at checkout and paid by customer per order based on weight and location except where "Free Shipping" is listed on the product.  When "Free shipping" is available, it is provided by UPS ground service.  On those items were shipping is included, faster shipping methods may be selected and paid by customer at time of checkout. 

We ship orders 1-2 times per week so please allow up to 10 days to receive shipping information via email.

Returns

We strive to meet your candle needs and if our products do not, for any reason, we gladly accept returns on products that are received back at the factory in their original condition within 60 days of purchase.  Please email us with any questions regarding this policy or any other return needs at info@davisburgcandlefactory.com
